By the end of my third week after following your great diet plan and workout routine I have already lost 8 pounds and 2.5% in body fat. Plus made some awesome muscle gains.
I know with your help I will easily attain my goal which is losing 30 lbs of body fat by summer and be nice and RIPPED when I hit the white sandy beaches here in south Florida!

I really can’t thank you enough for having a site like this up on the web. I’m a 17 year old currently enrolled in high school and after losing 55 lbs of fat, I have to give credit where credit is due. I’ve dropped a lot of fat, but have to say thanks to your simple and completely free tutorials on how to build muscle like a professional for giving me these great arms and chest! With only 15 lbs of weight I still want to drop, I’m really going to be picking up on my weightlifting and I will admit, this is where I will come when I want to sculpt another part of my body.

I express my thanks to you for sharing honest information to people.
There are so many people willing to sell you or I product or idea that will give fast results in short amount of time. When we know this isn’t the case. Living the bodybuilding lifestyle, is about health, fitness and happiness over a lifetime. This can only be achieved through hard work and discipline.
I compare you to Clarence Bass, who I think provides us an example of how living of lifestyle of fitness and sound nutrition can keep us healthy, happy and looking good into our later years.

You are so right Natural bodybuilding is all about the journey , it’s not a destination. It’s a lifestyle that takes a 24/7 effort. What you get in return is nothing less than invaluable.
