Diet Consultation: Everyone needs a system to follow when they first try something new. Diet and eating programs are no different. My eating program takes the mystery out of getting ripped. Whether you are an individual looking to drop that unsightly body fat or a competitive bodybuilder trying to attain that freaky hard, ripped award winning physique.

The one time consultation fee includes the creations of your personalized eating program, the initial half hour phone consult and the follow up weekly journal review.

One time consultation Fee: $150.00

Additional phone consultations available for $40.00 per half hour.
