About Michael Ferencsik

Since beginning my career in 1980, I have had the pleasure of working with over 3,000 individuals including children adolescents, adults and seniors. I have been certified by the ISSA (The International Sport Sciences Association) and have extensive knowledge of various aspects of the health and fitness industry. I have had the experience of owning and operating a fitness center and creating and managing an international spa. To say that I have a passion for health and fitness would be an understatement. With almost three decades of involvement, I bring with me a wealth of hands on experience which aids in addressing the incredibly diverse needs of my clients.

Expanding on my career as a personal trainer and fitness consultant, I also compete in natural bodybuilding contests, and am pleased to be presently considered one of the premier natural bodybuilders, being ranked 1st in the world as an amateur in the Forever Natural Division  by the INBA (International Natural Bodybuilding Association.) I am extremely proud of my affiliation with the INBA, as they are the leader in natural sports; their athletes are tested by the World Anti-Doping Association using testing procedures that adhere to International Olympic Committee standards. In addition to competitive bodybuilding, I am also a consultant and contributing writer for INBA Natural Bodies Magazine. I have also participated in various promotional events and interactive seminars throughout the United States promoting the endless benefits of natural bodybuilding.

While at home in Naples, Florida, I spend a great deal of time creating and managing health and fitness programs for local individuals, clients throughout the United States as well as internationally and personally monitor their progress via the Internet.  These programs consist of a weight management system comprised of a time tested diet and no nonsense exercise program that are sure to produce the desired results.
