Killer Quads! Let The Pain Begin!

Are you ready to Quantify your Quads?

A strong foundation is what every well constructed structure must always start with. Your body is no different. Strong well developed legs are the sign of a seasoned bodybuilder, one who makes the effort to go the extra mile and endure the extra pain that goes along with well developed thighs. Take a look at this video and check your form while testing your strength and endurance. Quads that display deep cuts and well defined separation will always separate you from the crowd.. A crowd of individuals that litter every gym because they refuse to put forth the true effort it takes to be a complete and well balanced physique athlete.

[...] Always one to add a twist to my workout today was no exception. Because of my back I have been instructed to stay away from squats for a while. However, I did do a form of squat today that gave me more pump and worked the quads more than any weighted squat has in the past. Then I added another twist to the leg extensions. After these two I knew I had been through a pretty good leg workout. If both are done right, 3 sets of 10-12 is all you want. Check out this video for more information. [...]

Nice web-site and useful information. The video demonstrations are especially useful.
I am especially weak at the legs especially the quadriceps.Your video about squatting does not require weights. Is it possible to build up great quadriceps just by doing this? You mention about doing it a few hundred times.Do you mean continuously or in phase?

I am guilty for using the leg extention wrong, that way makes so much more sence and must have much better results. And the squat routine is very great

Thank you so much for posting a quad routine this is truly the most effort I have put into my quads in one simple exercise, I’m an athlete myself (swimming and water polo) and have always taken pride in the strength of my core and legs, i am about 189 lbs 16% body fat and can leg press around 605 lbs in sets of ten, and can partial press over a thousand, but i could only get through about 100 squats and plea squats before i could hardly stand, you are a real inspiration for me to get back down to 7% body fat like when i was swimming competitively and get RIPPED again
