hello michael im a weight trainer who has just started a fulltime program and i love ur clarity about topics such as fat loss….
the problem i have is that im not overweight but i can not find a way 2 tone my body by losing weight, weights is not the problem but i cant lose some lose skin i have and my diet is really troubling me… i fear im not taking the right measures wit my food quantity and intake.
i know u r very busy but could u please giv me sum advise in quality and quantity of food intake and also i fear i may be overtraining with my cardio in the hope of large weight loss… please help michael……….
