Hey Mike,
I have been trying to do some great oblique exercises, and they never work right or take too much for little results. Do you have any exercises for oblique’s, love handles, and great lower abs work outs?

I was just wondering, how many times a week would you need to do the routine to get the benifits, are you talking daily, every other day or once a week. Also with bulking (doing heavier weights) doing low reps are you still required to keep the movement slow, or to kind of power through the sets, mainly because you stress the fact to keep in control and feel the muscles working.

hello michael im 14 and i have a bench press at home and i want to get abs and muscles but not sure how is there any books or videos sold in shops that can direct me through the steps

iam 12 yrs old and i saw how ripped you were and i wanted to know if i can get a rippin pecks and 6 packs before the end of summer. i need exercise i can do without equipment and loose fat fast and that lets me get ripped really fast. can yu please respond at ksdevw@yahoo.com

Unfortunately I can’t obtain a pull-up bar, is there any other subsitute I can use for the first set?
You can find a chin bar that works in your doorway. Give it a try , if not the v-sits work great !!!
what are some good exercises for the lower abs?

Well, I have a average sportmens body, Im 14 and weigh around 9-10 stone, I can feel my abs, I can also see them, but not as well as I think I could have them, what should I do to get them more toned up and improve my body muscle mass?. Please write back as soon as possible.

If you want to see your abs, as always I will reply. It’s all about your diet! You can do all the crunches and sit ups in the world but without the proper diet you will never be happy with the results. Look into my Ripped Rules diet DVD. It will answer all your questions.
Mike, I’ m 17 and when I flex I am ripped. I have no strict diet. I eat anything but I am still getting results from going to the gym 5 days a week. Do you think that if I order your ripped rules dvd my results will be even better. Does your dvd show excersises also.

You have a great website, very informative. I have been on may websites through the years , your’s is by far the best. I’m a 20yr old skinny guy, I’m 5′ 10″ and 160lbs. I would love to bulk up and have muscle, but I find it so hard to gain muscle. Have you any tips that could hepl me?
