These workouts are great! Just one question:
Should I train for size and heavier weights and just add these exercises onto the end, or should I do one week of mass training and one week of toning up training? My goal is to get slightly bigger but much more ripped.
Also will your DVD be avialable in England and do you currently have any DVD’s out?
Thanks for all the tips so far.

Hello michael i just saw some videos of you in youtube and liked them so i visited this page and i seem to like it.
I wish to know what comes in the cd i mean if it has diet and excercies all together?
also i don’t have a gym at home and i work with dumbbells push ups abs only, i am very thin but i dont have a lot of muscle except for my biceps since i was like 240 lbs 3 years ago and I’m 160 lbs right now i have a some of fat or skin that hangs arround in my belly and covering my pecs (making me boobs even i’m thin and i make push ups).
I was wondering if could ever have pecs and 6 pack abs again and if i could make it with your dvd.
I can learn your routine and do it on a gym if necesary i would really love to have a strong good looking body. (I’m 20 yrs old)

Carl: First I have to say personally I think you are overdoing the cardio. I have written a great article on this topic. It’s titled " To cardio or not to cardio" you can find it on this site . Remember cardio work is for the health of the cardiovascular system first and foremost. It’s great that you are you eating five times a day which is the key but overdoing the cardio will put your body into a catobolic state. Not good for stimulating lean muscle mass. In fact you are probably eating up a good deal of your lean muscle mass that you want to display . The cardio work can create an additional caloric defecit for the day but remember the benifits you get from weight training and a proper diet is yours for the taking 24/7.
