Sharpen Your Shoulders to Precision!
Shaping your shoulders and giving your upper body that subtle award winning detail takes more than just a pair of cannon ball delts. So, how many set or rep. I should do these exercises after routine!?

Jack: One set straight through. Thats enough if it's at the end of the routine.

Hey! Thanks for the wonderful shoulder exercise! So, may i ask how many set or rep. I should do? i mean just a daily exercise.
Michael Ferencsik :
This exercise is meant to be performed once straight through. For more ideas look for my new e-book Weight training for the Natural bodybuilder. Coming to my site in October.
Michael Ferencsik :
It has been proven that weight training does not effect vertical growth plates. Especially if you have gone through puberty. Don't worry it wont stunt your growth!!!
